shanghai crab






Mr. Chau bought Shanghai Crabs from Chinese wet market and brought to the restaurant. He also brought Osawa Wine to the restaurant on which he started his wine business as an agent. I was surprised that the restaurant didn’t complain with so many items he brought in.
He invited for next time again, saying “End of this month will be the best season for Shanghai Crab, so let’s go out again”. The price is 1500-2000 Japanese yen in Chinese wet market, and 5000-6000 Japanese yen in restaurants. We have been eating and drinking freely so I need to take ginger tea in order to keep my stomach in good conditions.
